THE PROJECT
This was an interesting logo to create. Interesting, because my client never really gave me a direction. This can be fun for me because I have creative freedom, but when the client has a vision that is not communicated to me well, it'll take a while.
I made some cool graphics that will never get used
PROCESS
Having made so many variants, I thought I'd throw them in here to show some process. After sketching, I start working in Illustrator. I base most all the designs on a grid and use the shape builder tool to create the vectors.
Some of the inputs I got from my client were to include a hand and a phoenix (which they never used). After many back and forths, I sent them the acronym logo as a backup and they decided they liked that best.
